The Neo Geo Pocket is returning... at least in Japan. How's that for an out-of-left-field story:
According to Famicom Plaza by way of Andria Sang, the Neo Geo Portable features a 4.3 inch screen, two gigabytes of internal storage, and ships with 20 Neo Geo games built in. As you can see from the photo above, the device, identified only as "Neo Geo Portable Device," is pretty slick. It includes four face buttons, a d-pad, four shoulder buttons, a menu button, a start button, and buttons for volume and brightness. It's a little bigger than an iPhone and features headphone, AC and SD ports.
No word yet on when it's coming out in Japan, if it's coming out in The States, or how much it will cost.
