Nintendo Netflix Wii Support To End

I wonder if this means the Switch will get Nexflix support after. Then I'd feel compelled to get Netflix because I hardly have my Roku hooked up. Though, my internet is so slow I don't know if it's worth paying for Netflix.
 
This is unfortunate that the Netflix app will not work on the Wii anymore, but it is not surprising.

But, I feel most people probably use a tv devices like a Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, game console, many newer DVD and Blu-ray players, Smart TVs, Cable TV digital Boxes and other TV devices to use Netflix on a TV.
 
That sucks, not sure why they drop app support.

I think Netflix can easily afford the support.

My guest is that all Wii non-gaming apps would be discontinued by Nintendo in the near future, so people will buy the Switch instead of sticking to using Netflix and other non-gaming apps on a Wii.
