I didn't really care for this. I'd honestly say that it's very unremarkable to the point where I can barely remember this existed.
The characters and story are boring as hell. I legitimately couldn't name a single character. Overall, just skip this.
Jury Duty Season 1
It's fine. A charming premise but I never really found it to be funny. If anything I was bored by it.
This felt like it could have been so much better, but instead it's just very generic and unimaginative. I'm disappointed, honestly.
The Last Tycoon
I really enjoyed the pilot. Like I was hugely impressed by the very first episode.
Unfortunately the show does weaken throughout its runtime. It never really goes bad, but the quality does drop throughout the nine episode run.
It just loses most of what I was interested in. There was this really interesting Nazi subplot that gets severely less screentime after the pilot and I found it to be the most interesting part of the show.
It's a shame too, because I do like this show. I just found it to have far more potential.
Expats
It's fine I guess. I never really cared for it but I didn't dislike it either. It basically just exists, and I'm fine with that.
Nothing really else to say. Expats is a show that exists.
I Know What You Did Last Summer (2021)
This is the worst show I have ever seen. I mean this in the most serious way possible. I fucking despise this show.
The story is genuinely dogshit. The entire show is far too stupid with its “relatable teenagers” and its “shocking twists”. It's not even amusingly bad, it's just unbearably bad.
It's not even a horror show. Well, besides how horrifying it is to watch. It's a teen drama with slasher elements thrown in. It's not even a good teen drama, it's the hallmark level bullshit you'd see on the CW.
And that final episode, damn. The killer's reveal is extremely rushed and incredibly stupid. Which makes sense considering the rest of the show isn't exactly intelligent either.
I pray to whatever is out there that I never have to watch this again. I can only take so much boredom and agony.
