New Emoticons

I think the Emoticons should be updated, some of them look okay like this one
But most of the others don't look good at all.

On PS3T they have tons of cool emoticons.

animated smilies don't go too well with forum backgrounds. Unless they're white. If you find some just get plain smilies that arent animated. I know they look cool, in a sense, but often distract and a static smiley gets the same point across.
