i think yes because in every super smash bros they put a notable pokemon since melee (mewtwo), brawl (lucario) and now its time to mewthree and not zoroak because the new SSB is next gen a zoroak is current gen.

The only way that this new MewTwo can be in Brawl is if GameFreaks says they can use it. I mean X and Y isn't even out yet and SSB4 may be out before it or a few months after X and Y so if it is, it's a very lucky character because the chances are slim.

True enough. I believe that they'll use a Pokemon from BW, though maybe, just maybe, HgSs. But since X and Y might not even be out when it is, and it'd be a new game that not many have played, and Game Freak might not even use Mew3.
 
From what I've heard about Mewtwo, is that it has a New Form called "Awakening Mode" or "Awakening Mewtwo." Probably for Pokemon X/Y. They've been showing Trailers for a New Pokemon Movie with Mewtwo and the Evil Bug/Steel Pokemon, Genesect. The Mewtwo in the Pokemon Movies only Trusted Ash Ketchum, the Main Hero of the Series, because Ash saved it's Life in "Mewtwo Strikes Again" (Never seen the Movie, though.)
 
He can definitely be in the next Smash Bros game. Indeed, maybe this is just the excuse the Smash Bros devs need to bring back Mewtwo after he was cut from Brawl due to a lack of time/resources.
