Been 30 years since the last one, and this looks to be really good. Anyone else a fan of this series?
Love me some Lupin III, been a fan since the old Adult Swim days.
I've read about the new Jigen/Lupin Movie that came out to long ago but I'm a big fan of english dubs and have not checked it out since it does not have a dub.
I'll definitely check this one out, hoping it has a english dub.
I'm also hoping its more mature and gritty like the original Monkey Punch's work, the Fujiko Mine series came close but I hope this one pulls it off better.

how was the Fujiko Mine series? I wanted to check it out but I wasn't a big fan of the style.
And I still love this opening:
Yea the style is different, but its definitely closer to the original material as far as maturity goes in comparison to the previous Lupin series.
It could have been a little more gritty and serious like the original material and relied a little less on sexuality but it still was pretty great.
Its a must watch for any Lupin fan in my honest opinion simply because it serves as a prequel that shows how everyone from Lupin's group met.
