yes, the personal portal is the same as whats seen on the new IPBs

well jcink finished the new profile system! and has been installed so all members can now see it by going to there or someone's profile. you can do this by just clicking on there user name.

added features:

Comment control
Friend control
Notifications
Display amounts for friends, comments, and last visitors and many more.

you can also add up to many videos and music to your profile as well but I have yet to set this up but I'm hopping to have that up soon.

also guests can not see members profiles so here is a small preview of what it looks like
