PlayStation New The Last of Us II Release Date and Ghost of Tsushima Delay

Sony announced the news over on the PlayStation Blog alongside an update that Ghost of Tsushima has been delayed by a month until July 17. Tsushima was originally set to release on June 26. In some good news though, The Last Of Us Part II will hopefully launch June 19th 2020.

In worse news (the good, bad and the worse sadly), this past weekend, a number of spoilers about the game’s plot and ending started circulating online. So be careful while looking around for stuff on The Last of Us 2.

I think it was already finished when it was "Delayed", Sony realized they didn't have anything really worth putting out the end of the year so they 'delayed it indefinitely' while they figured out a new date, but then the leaks started happening and ruining the story for people so they made the date super close as a form of damage control so it wouldn't be completely ruined for people and they'd still make money from the game sales.
