Newegg Now Accepts Dogecoin...

I don't get it, if that coin drops in vaule than they lose money.

This is true, but Newegg can also gain money if Dogecoin rise in value. Newegg can always stop accepting Dogecoin in the future.

Newegg is getting website traffic from LaterClips viewers because Lew the Host is talking about Newegg more because Newegg accepts Dogecoin. Some of the LaterClips viewers may of never heard of Newegg until they saw this post on LaterClips about Laterclips' hosts talking about Newegg accepting Dogecoin as payment for purchases.

That's the risk they take but right now, doing this is going to be amazing for their marketing. You'll find out in a few months or so that they've removed it
 
Newegg can sell/trade their Dogecoin for real money after accepting payment with Dogecoin, so they don't need to hold onto Dogecoin for many months, and risk losing a lot of money.

I imagine Newegg is probably getting a lot of free "word of mouth" blog posts from tech blogs which cover Cryptocurrency, so Newegg may not need to spend as much money on search engine ads, and website ads on third-party websites like paid ads on blogs.

I don't want to say no because I could be completely wrong but for me, it's way too volatile. It was created as a joke as well so it doesn't work like Bitcoin or Eth

It looks like if Newegg sold/converted its Dogecoin to real money, they will make a profit on accepting Doge as payment.
 
I wonder how many Dogecoin owners sold most of their Dogecoin which they been holding onto for months to years, so they made massive profits.

Not sure if I am going to make use of it anytime soon though. Still, good I suppose.
 
Anything that goes up or down in value based on the tweets of a multi-millionaire is not for me lol. He can literally create wealth for people and take it all away with one tweet.
