He admitted to having parts in it though....including killing the dogs. He said he never actually participated in the fights, but he did fund money to people for the fights and he killed the dogs (and not nicely either....he beat some of them to death and electrocuted the others (I believe)).

UPDATE: I believe they're saying that Vick is about to serve prison time. I'll have to check on that.
