Nintendo Nintendo Switch Reaches 22.86 Million Units In Worldwide Sales

Nintendo shared the latest hardware figures in the company’s latest financial results. The Nintendo Switch has reached 22.86 million units as of September 30, 2018 to surpass the GameCube in lifetime sales.

Nintendo is aiming to reach 20 million units of Switch sales for the current fiscal year (ending March 2019).

The Nintendo Switch launched in March 3, 2017.

According to Platform Totals - VGChartz the Nintendo DS is the 2nd best selling gaming hardware with 154.90 millions console sold, and the best selling Nintendo console. The number one best selling console is the Playstation 2 with 157.68 million units sold.
