In a new update for Switch, Nintendo improved stability and also added to the banned words list. The new additions to the list are profanities in languages other than English. How is the new update working out for you?

Never really thought the bad words list would be that good. Lesser indie titles with bad words already in them as dialogue won't change, but this, I take it is for communications with other players. Obviously anyone that only speaks English might use profanities not in English to bypass, and with how flexible speech is, there will surely be more ways to work around it.
Can't say I've ever been affected by them.
It is nice that this Switch Update increases Stability.
