Nintndo Wii speak channel November 16

Expanding on the Wii's community features, Nintendo announced that a new Wii Speak channel will be arriving this November 16 during their Media Summit in San Francisco, CA.

The channel will allow voice chat for users, utilizing the upcoming Wii Speak voice peripheral which is also bundled with Animal Crossing: City Folk coming out also this November 16. Players are represented through their Mii avatars as they speak to friends and other fellow users.

sounds neat, i'm sure the channel will be a free download. just wondering how it will work, like, if you have to log onto the channel to use it everytime, or if you can use it anytime once you download?
