Apparently whoever made this game, did not do their homework. If you don't care to listen to the video, the summary is that a Dutch company might have a patent on the coding No Man's Sky uses illegally meaning that the game creators will have to fork over a lot of their earned money from game sales or be dragged into court and put the game into limbo and miss its release date and possibly be canceled?
A lot of unknowns and what ifs right now, hopefully more updates will appear soon.
