Anyone planning to get it? I mean, it looks interesting enough. Though I'm confused as to whether it's supposed to be an online MMO type thing, or if it's a single-player experience. Because they say that everyone starts out in a different part of the universe, so does that mean there are dedicated servers for the game, or is it peer to peer hosting if you do manage encounter another player?

I'm not sure how its set up, but since its free to play online with PS4, I think its mostly offline with some peer to peer. Also apparently the game is leaking early.
It's been confirmed since this post that it's not an online multiplayer game, and the release reviews are very mixed. 2 of my friends that bought it say it's not worth the price. It's an indie game that costs as much as a triple A title, and it doesn't at all live up to the hype it generated.
My friend recently bought it and he agreed. He's been playing it a lot and enjoying it, but he said it wasn't worth the price tag or hype.

Why do you guys feel its not worth the price? No Man's Sky is easily the largest game to come out thus far, stuff like that isn't cheap to make.
