Finished another anime and this time it's on a anime called Noir. I really did enjoy this anime since it had some great people from past animation shows working on it. The plot is pretty good and it has music from the great Yuki Kajiura. Only downside is the start is a little slow, but the pacing gets better as the anime goes on.


Description:

The series follows the story of two young female assassins, the Corsican Mireille Bouquet and the Japanese amnesiac Yumura Kirika, who embark together on a personal journey to seek answers about mysteries concerning their past. While at first they seem to be only vaguely related to each other, there are clues and hints given throughout the series that there is more going on behind the scenes than at first glance.

being a anime based on assassins, your going to see some interesting deaths. I say check it out if the story interests you.

YES!!! I don't watch many animes at all but I thoroughly enjoyed Noir. :)  I even own it on DVD.  I like it so much that if they release if for Blu-Ray I would purchase it as well.   I liked everything about it the story, character development, and even the music!

it would just be unscaled or SD release on blu-ray. If you liked this, you would enjoy phantom requiem for the phantom, black lagoon, and jormungand.

I will have to check those out then some time. Why do you think I would like those three shows?  How does it compare to Noir?  Who knows, maybe watching these will really get me into anime. ;)

they are very similar to what Noir is, its all I can say really.
