I'm used to playing complex games like Red Alert, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, Gears of War, and Elder Scrolls. However, there are times when I feel like playing simple games. Just like 2048.

2048 is a free puzzle game for mobile devices. It has you matching the same numbers together. When you match the same numbers together, they add up and increase in amount. You win if you get to 2048. It's addicting. Try it out.

Here's the link to the web version for anyone who doesn't have mobile. The web version was actually out first, and I played it a lot when it came out. A bunch of my friends shared it on Facebook and I think it went around in the company emails for awhile, too. I've never gotten that elusive 2048 though. I think I got a 1024 once or twice, but that's about it.

Haha true. I've never reached the 2048 tile either, it's more elusive than a wet, bar of soap. 'Chain Reaction' is another such fun game for your mobile that you can play with your friends. It's like chess except you can have even an all-out 8 player match on this one. I don't know about ioS but it's available for Android.
