The last announcement at the latest Nintendo Direct event saw Square Enix officially reveal Octopath Traveler 0. Octopath Traveler 0 will mark the third main entry in the series that popularized the eye-popping HD-2D aesthetic.
For right now, it will release on Switch and Switch 2 on December 4, 2025.
Well damn I really need to get around to playing the first game as well as the second game lol. I forgot there was a Nintendo Direct yesterday. It's really cool to see Octopath Traveler getting new games though!
