The school never stops surprising me!

Okay, this week is "Spirit Week" where you have different themes for different days (Note all items listed are the Staff's version).

Monday (today): College Pride (I wore Northern Illinois University (Go Huskies!!))

Tuesday: Class Colors (Black)

Wednesday: Gender Bender Day

Well, no, we can't because bunch of overly sensitive Bible-thumpers won't let us because and I quote, "It promotes cross-dressing and homosexuality", no I'm not kidding, they don't want it because they fear name calling and the promotion of homosexuality.

Trust me the only thing worse than being made fun of for being a guy waring a dress is when he kicks your ass!

I loved spirit week in high school. We had the gender bender day, school colors, pajama day, hat day, and something eles. It was fun.
