Crap........ there better not be this stuff for other games. Also, when they cry when they don't get good sales, I shall laugh.

Just so you know it's not the "one save file per game" that's the problem, since loads of games have had it. Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Super Mario Land, Dr. Mario, Tetris, Mario & Yoshi, all FIVE Game Boy Gallery/Game & Watch Gallery series, from the PAL-exclusive Game Boy Gallery, right up to Game & Watch Gallery 4/Advance, and there are thousands and thousands more.

The problem is the "inability to DELETE the save file" that's the problem.

It wouldn't be bad if Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D had one save per file, if you were able to delete it, therefore, having one save per file, isn't a bad thing at all, on its own.

For games that don't have any sort of story, and thus have no need to be restarted, this practice will likely get more and more common.
The reasoning is simple: the publishers favour it because it discourages second-hand sales (which of course give no money to the publisher).
