Some people just like to complain. If she doesn't like it then she should use another search engine for that day. It's not like anyone is forcing her to use Google anyway.

I heard Ask, and Bing are decent search engines. She should of used Bing or Ask for the day.
I'm thinking this lady's computer is so old it couldn't handle the pacman page and her computer might automatically bring up the goggle search home page.
