Lol, reminds me of the time Microsoft gave a way free Xbox 360 slims to guests at their E3 conference, but most of the audience here are woman in their 30s-50s.

I wouldn't mind getting a free Xbox and Kinect since its free. I wish I was there.

Indeed, Oprah has a large following, so I think there will be more middle age woman with money in their 30-50s knowing about Kinects now, and possibly getting one for their husband or husband, son, and other member of the family at Christmas time.

I read that MS will be spending 1 billion dollars on advertising the Kinect and Windows Phone 7, so I think it would be hard for most companies to compete with a 1 billion dollar advertising budget.

Plus, MS has a lot of popular websites like Microsoft.com, Bing.com, xbox.com hotmail, and live spaces which a lot of people use on a regular basis, so they can also use their websites to advertise the Kinect.

The Xbox 360 also has a large audience, so they might get a lot of free word of mouth advertising from fan boys.
