I watched most of the second half, it was ok. Nothing to get too excited about, but the Oscars have been waning in popularity for years.
That being said, I hate how everyone is criticizing Mcfarlane. Like it's easy to stand up there and come out with fresh material between EVERY set of people who went up on stage, in addition to several musical numbers. People who laugh at one joke but get offended by the next are tools, I'd like to see them go up there and do what he did.

Haven't watched it, but I watched some of Seth's jokes. Family Guy got bland, but he's still funny.
