The limited edition Ouya is mostly identical to its predecessor, but contains twice the internal storage at 16GB and comes in white instead of black.
The limited edition console features a 1.7GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, a USB 2.0 port, a micro USB port, HDMI output, a wireless controller and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The new Ouya costs $129, a $30 increase over the 8GB model, and can be preordered now on Ouya’s website.

I like the look of this new White Ouya, and 16GB is more space which is useful for people who don't plan on buying an extra USB flash drive, or external hard drive to install more games on their Ouya, and rather pay an extra $30 for more space, and the white colored Ouya.
Ouya seem to raised the clock speed of the Tegra 3 by an extra 100 MHz to make it 1.7GHz instead of 1.6GHz which was the original clock speed, so games may have faster frames per second for video.
