OUYA has hit the 1,000 games and apps milestone! Thanks to all our loyal fans and developers who helped to make this happen.

This video was submitted to us by OUYA super-fan Neil Crofts (@FilmingGrim) as a tribute. You can learn more about Neil here: www.rotarygaming.com

Wow, Ouya has a lot of games now for a small console which been out for a short amount of time. Some of the games in this video look pretty fun.

it may have 1000 games, but how many are decent and worth playing?

I think quite a few of them should be worth playing since a lot of them got 4 to 5 stars out of 5 from thousands gamers who played the games on the Games section on https://www.ouya.tv/games/ . Ouya's YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/user/OUYAS has over 200 trailers for games, and many of them are pretty good for affordable $1-5 games, and free to play games.

There are also many types of games on the Ouya, so there is a good chance there are games for different type of gamers who are into different types of games like classic, rpg, action, adventure, shooting, simulation, racing, fighting, board games, and story based games.

I'm sure that most people who own an Ouya can easily find 10 or more games which they want to play for hundreds of hours like some RPG games, action, adventure, and shooters which can easily be played for 100s of hours if you do all the sidequests, collect all the items, finish the game 100%, and try to beat your high score, and other people's high score.

I would like to play some of them, don't see it been something I spent hours on but maybe good for some couch co-op. Good to see OUYA finding a place.

I would like to see more console ports from the Nintendo DS, Dreamcast, Genesis, Playstation, N64, and older PC game titles from the 90s on the Ouya. Final Fantasy 3, The Bard Tales, sonic 4, Doom, and other classic games are available on the Ouya.

Using an Ouya to play older games is a lot easier than going on eBay, and Amazon to find used consoles like the Playstation 1, and the games for it for an affordable price since a lot of classic consoles and games are now collectable items, and cost a lot.

Good for Ouya! I keep seeing these things at Target and I never really gave them much thought, but I'll definitely going to have to check them out now.

I wonder if the Canadian Target has Ouya, but I heard in the news that the Canadian Target does not have a lot of stuff which the US Target has, so I bet there is no big store that sell Ouya in Canada.

Amazon also sells the Ouya, but there only seem to be 11 left  according to its product page at http://www.amazon.com/OUYA-Console-Controller/dp/B0050SZD18/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1418424134&sr=8-2&keywords=ouya

Gamestop also sells Ouya at http://www.gamestop.com/elect/consoles/ouya-game-console/107853

I want an Ouya for playing some RPG, Racing games, action, and Shooters made for Android because controllers for Android like the Moga Pro can cost $80, and the Apps for button mapping on-screen button to games to controller joysticks, and buttons on a controller cost many dollars, so it seems more worth it to spend $99, and get both a controller, console, and other accessories like HDMI cable, and power adapter which come with the Ouya.
