This is what Jeff had to say in this regards:

“Yes, Roadhog changes were intended for this round of PTR but required animation so they’ve been delayed a bit. He’s not getting a “rework”… just some tuning/balancing. Will take a bit more time then the recent PTR changes that went up, however.”

And this seems just the right time to bring changes to the hero considering Roadhog would also be hitting the screens in the form of Junkenstein’s Monster for the Overwatch Halloween event. Keeping in mind the time of last year’s Halloween event, this year’s episode can be expected to happen in the mid of October.

It's going to be so much fun, I missed last year's event due to work but I am definitely going to play it this time. I love the skins and Halloween themed enemies and levels.

I thinks it runs for at least 20 days may be more but last year I too busy to even launch Overwatch.
