Paper Mario Partners vs. The Thousand-Year Door partners.

Yeah, I'm bored today and I remember discussing this with a few members in the shoutbox about a week (or two) ago? Anyway, this is a "Which partner do you think would win if they ever faced each other?" or a "Which partner do you prefer more?" kind of thingy. I've provided images so this way, incase of those who haven't played any of the Paper Mario games yet, will know how they appear. I excluded the Pixls because er... well... you'll know why. I also got this idea from another site that did this a while back.

Due to an unfair amount of Partners you're able to receive in the first title, I had to use Flurrie twice due to her having some similar moves to Sushie and Lakilester.

Goombario VS. Goombella
Goombario all the way, no question to it. Plus, Goombella uses her book to find her tattles. And Goombario uses... NOTHING! HE POPS EVERY INFORMATION OUT OF NOWHERE INSIDE HIS HEAD!

Kooper VS. Koops
Though Koops can use Shell Slam to penetrate Kooper's Defense but Kooper's Dizzy Shell = Better Advantage.

Bombette VS. Admiral Bobbery
Both are the same, but I'm going to go with Bombette.

Parakarry VS Yoshi (Kid)
My second favorite to Goombario. Once he's become an ultra rank, he's badass.

Lady Bow VS. Vivian
I found Vivian more useful than Bow, but when Bow laughs, it reminds me of those types of laugh certain females do in animes.

Watt VS. Ms. Mowz
Though Ms. Mowz can steal items off enemies and both characters can find hidden items out in the overworld, I find Watt more useful than Ms. Mowz when in battle.

Sushie VS. Madame Flurrie
Big Lips vs. Big Lips. Uh... Sushie = WAAAAYY more useful.

Lakilester VS Madame Flurrie
You're kidding right? I'll pick Lakilester over Flurrie any day.


As for the "lols"

Kolorado Vs. Flavio
Unlike Kolorado, Flavio's a coward. Kolorado was brave enough to jump in the battle and try to attack Lava Piranha when you were battling him. Thus, Flavio was afraid Embers. Heck, he even leaves you before you enter the cave in Keyhaul Key.

[font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I prefer Goombella because in her game she is actually usable, whereas in Paper Mario I NEVER found a reason to use Goombario after getting other characters, except to analyze. [/font]

[font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Kooper wins this. I don't feel any need to say more.[/font]

This was the first [font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]hard one for me! Bombette doesn't have the annoying quest, and I used her for overkill, but the Admiral was just pretty darn cool. Probably going to have to go with Bombette.[/font]

[font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]The Kid. Gotta go with the Kid as being an awesome all around character. Both for how he responds to situations and usefulness in combat. To me, Parakarry was a bit bland on the personality side. And attack-wise was not as good as Mario for jumping (and I never use attacks that just remove enemies).[/font]

[font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]So difficult! Possibly my favorite character from each game! I think I will declare this a tie![/font]

[font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]While I enjoyed both, I think that Ms. Mowz lacked the power she needed to be useful in battle, whereas Watt was a powerhouse in Paper Mario. Also, cute.[/font]

[font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Ugh. Do I HAVE to? Fine. Sushi wins. Because Water Block really helped with the Dojo Master.[/font]

The only one I had a hard time with was Lady Bow vs. Vivian. I like them both, but I like Vivian as a character more.

Also I couldn't chose between Kolorado vs. Flavio because I didn't really like either of them, but Kalorado is more memerable to me.

Probably Goombella, although I never cared too much about the whole tattle thing in the series.

Kooper vs Koops

No idea. Probably the former if I'd played the first game.

Bombette vs Bobbery

The latter for having more of a backstory and more useful abilities in game.

Parakerry vs Yoshi

Probably Yoshi for being more useful.

Lady Bow vs Vivian

Both are cool, probably a draw to be honest.

Watt vs Ms Mowz

The former if only because she has an important role in a game and isn't just an optional partner that does pretty much nothing.

Sushi/Lakilester vs Madame Flurrie

Whoever's not Flurrie.

As for Kolorado and Flavio, both of them can get lost for all care.
