It looks like more Paranormal footage has been found.

Dread Central first reported and now TheWrap has confirmed that Paramount Pictures has slated Paranormal Activity 3 for an Oct. 21, 2011 release.

No plot details yet for the third installment or word on who will write and direct it, but it's safe to assume that whoever gets the job will be in for one helluva quick turnaround time for a movie that will be made on a low budget and then earn gobs of Halloween loot.

I have seen the second one, it wasn't scary at all. The audience even laughed at a scene (a "flying" baby).

I hope they don't turn this into a 10 movie series like Freddy and Jason.
