It looks like I have permission to moderate topics but of course the action menu doesn't let me do anything.

permissions look fine from what I can tell, when you select something what options if any does it give?

Umm.....I believe this is how it should work, Daniel.
You must have gone to new posts -> and tried mark forums read moderation options.
It's just asking for you to give the threads that you would like to mark as read. Probably the default setting is 'select all'

yeah, I'll double check but I think that's just the software system giving you options of the non mod kind.
