All you chiaroscuro aficionados using a Windows mobile supported device, this one's for you. Adobe has launched the beta program for its upcoming Photoshop Mobile application, where users can upload up to 2GB (20GB for Photoshop.com Plus members) of images from your phone to Photoshop.com

Uploaded photos can be arranged in an album fashion and then they could be viewed at your fingertips anywhere.

Sounds interesting, but I think those mini Laptops which is about the size of a novel will be able to run Photoshop when they are more powerful , so maybe the mobile version won't really take off.
