Most likely, you can set it up to be a router once you install router software, plug in a wired networking cable from your modem, and use the Wi-Fi adapter on the PC to broadcast the Wi-Fi signal.

I bet its WiFi range is very long because of the long antennae on the back.

 I would also hate if this antennae was just for show, and did not improve the Wi-Fi range. It is also gets its power from the wall, so most likely, you can set up the antennae and wi-fi adapter to use more power to get better speed, and range.
