US Tariffs and Regulations:
Ahead of the United States de minimis and tariff changes effective August 29, 2025, we would like to provide clarification to our customers regarding Playasia and our import services.

No disruption of services:
All Playasia shipping services will remain operational and function without any hindrance to our customers. Packages destined for the United States will be shipped as planned. This will remain unchanged once regulations are in place.

Existing orders covered by Playasia:
All existing orders placed before August 29, 2025, will not be subject to additional fees upon receipt of the package, even if the order ships after this date. Any unforeseen tariff duties or fees that would arise for these packages to the United States will be covered by Playasia prior to shipment.

Collecting duty and tariffs:
To comply with new regulations all Playasia shipping methods to the United States starting August 28, 2025 will have duties and fees paid by the customer at the time of checkout. This will ensure that no matter how your order is shipped, there will be no surprise fees when receiving your order.

Please note that all orders shipped via Economy will have the duties and fees consolidated into the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

People need priorities. Saving money is one of them. I bet businesses irl in person can get you a better import deals because they travel back and forth in bulk.
