Okay, I'm not sure what to think about this:

How did Mario Sunshine inspire people to be more helpful exactly? It's not like the Piantas or other characters in the game are particularly good role models, what with their hoarding of Shine Sprites and unfair prosecution of Mario based on an imposter who looks nothing like him...

I guess it might have inspired people to brush their teeth or care for their pets more, but be more helpful? That's just... strange.

What do you think about this?

I've looked up benefits for playing video games before and I saw this a long time ago. It mostly depends on the game content. Games like Super Mario Sunshine basically promoted prosocial behavior. While others, like Crash Twinsanity, Basically promoted antisocial behavior. Though I wonder if video game influenced behavior like this would be considered prosocial or antisocial
