PlayStation 4 Controller Prototype

A official leak of the PS4 prototype controller has been leaked and that is what it looks like above. Keep in mind that this is a prototype and not a official look yet. See a break down at the link below.

There seem to be too many features like the Share button, touchpad, and move sensor on the controller, and may confuse some casual gamers.

I kind of wish the Touchpad was a bigger touchscreen like the Wii U, and for using to play mobile games like Temple Run 2, Fruit Ninja, etc on the controller when the console is off, or when the TV is off.

I don't like it, the screen is too small for anything. they took out the start and select, and I can't imagine the poor battery life that will have.

The Start and Select is the touchpad. Also, I don't like the D-pad or the analog sticks. Also, it looks way too small.

they just put in the touch pad for select and start?

I'm sure you can do other things, but it's main purpose is for Start/Select.

my question, why!? Just seems like a useless thing that will cut down on the battery life.

I doubt it will effect battery life. It will effect price though.

It's got a screen on it, which means it needs power to use vs ones that don't need a screen. If the same battery is used were going to get less playtime out of a controller.

Battery life is getting better as technology gets better.

I don't think that can be said for the Wii U pad controller.
