In the blog post above, Sony details how well they've gone green by using recycled materials to package and ship out the high in demand PlayStation 5 systems from using little to no plastic to other recycle and easy break down materials. It is also heavily implied their lack of pushing out PS5 systems to be sold is helping out the environment

Same. I still have my PS4 box and I would have had my Xbox 360 box still as well but I ended up selling that a little while back so got rid of it that way

That's why packaging or rebranding is necessary when it comes yo marketing, that's exactly what Sony did in order to get their newly super PS5 console commanding hefty sales demand.
