I think Pocket is a good app for people with low data caps for their Smartphone, and tablets, or they use their devices in places with no wi-fi, or cellular internet service because Pocket users can just download all their articles to read with their home's wi-fi wireless connection, so they can read their articles, look at photo which were saved to their memory card when they don't have access to internet, or to save bandwidth on their dataplan.
I use Pocket on an Android tablet, and it works pretty well, and I like that it is easy to adjust the text size, brightness, fonts, and page color in Pocket App.
