PC/Mobile Pokemon Go Cancelling Support for Older iOS Devices

Own a older IOS device but still want to play the latest and greatest? Far as Pokemon Go is concerned, it won't be happening.

The Pokemon GO team announced the change is coming because they are making improvements to the game that will "push the application beyond the capabilities of the operating systems on such devices." As such any device that can't handle IOS 11 will no longer be supported.

This is too bad for iPhone 5 and 5C users.

I wouldn't be surprise if Apple was forcing the game makers to do this in some way, they love to have their users upgrade.

I really wish they would reconsider this. Many people still like, playing Pokemon go

Apple stop adding new video features to older operating systems and devices, so more people update to a newer iPhone or iPad. I also agree that Apple may talk to game makers to make their game a iOS 11 exclusive game.
