On Pokemon Day, which is on February 27th, The Pokemon Company will have a "Pokemon Presents" presentation in which it will likely show off some new information regarding games in the series. A "Pokemon Direct" in 2019 was the only other time a Pokemon-specific Nintendo Direct-like video was released on Pokemon Day.

The Pokemon Company made the announcement Thursday morning that a Pokemon Presents video will release on Sunday, February 27th, at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET. The Pokemon Company has stated it will run for about 14 minutes. As expected, The company did not go into any detail on what might be shown off during the presentation.

So Hoopa is playable in Unite and we get more opportunities in SwSh for the first three starter evos in Gigantamax form until the 27th. Might work on getting those tomorrow.

It's kinda weird that its happening on a Sunday... that's when I start work so I won't be able to watch it live, but I can't imagine they'll show anything mind blowing.

It's gotta be a new mainline game because why not if there's no project we know of going on. Maybe just a patch to eliminate Dexit.

Here is the full trailer:

and news round up:

Pokémon Go will get Alolan Pokémon on March 1 along with its Pokédex expanded to include Gen 7 additions from Sun and Moon. Those include starters like Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio, and nearly 80 others.

Pokémon Masters EX adds Victory Road.

The gacha game will get a new boss-rush mode where you can battle Victory Road trainers back-to-back. It’s also adding a bunch of new sync pairs over the next month including May and Latias and Skyla and Tornadus.

Pokémon Café Remix gets delivery feature.

The puzzle game will now let Pelipper deliver your drinks and dishes to far away Pokémon including the mythical Pokémon Victini. It’ll also be a way to collect new outfits and unlock hidden abilties to help with challenges.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is getting an anime adaptation.

It doesn’t have a name yet, but the Pokémon Company teased a new online series focused on the Hisui region with a piece of concept art showing a trainer trudging through a snowy forest. The game will also get free DLC today, focuses on investigating mass outbreaks and sounds like it will add new trainer battles. Players can also get 30 free Ultra, Gigaton, and Jet balls when they use the “ARCEUSADVENTURE” Mystery Code by March 31.

Honestly, the whole thing was really boring until the end, which I already talked about in a different topic. However, it feels like I'm being taunted with Shiny Piplup in Cafe. I've been trying for a Shiny Piplup in BDSP for what feels like forever. :(

The Legends Arceus content sounds really hype. Can't wait to see all that content but I wish I could battle friends in this new system. Anyways good to get freebies because I didn't want to buy it at launch for the Heavy Balls or outfit or plushie.
