This PSP emulator app looks good for Google Android handhelds like the Nvidia Shield handheld, and tablet with the wireless controller, and consoles like the Ouya, Gamestick, Razer Forge TV, and Madcatz Mojo which runs on Google Android.
I bet PC already have free PSP emulator software, so this PSP emulator is not really worth it for PC.
