Preferred setting?

Do you like games most that are set in medieval, current or futuristic times? Why?

I personally like medieval games the most, purely because I feel the art direction that they can go in to just be amazing. I love the art in games like Dark Souls, Bloodborne and The Witcher 3 more than anything because of the medieval setting.

I like any settings so long as it fits with the storyline. Though futuristic settings seem to be more fun to play with and just as flustering.

See I am not as much a fan of futuristic games. Not sure why.

I like all settings. So long as it fits. I play a game called Kenshi and it is all about samuri armor and swords...yet for some reason there is 1 armor that looks like riot gear and says "POLICE" which doesn't fit into the game at all...which bugs me.

Eh, I'm not too sure. I just like realism from my settings really. I like buildings and environment with big detail and something that could actually be possible now or in the past.
