I've already written something about this game when it was in Open Beta and since I had fun with it, I decided to buy it since it's in Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store.
What's different than in Open Beta?
Well, the game certainly is more polished, unit movement is more fluid and not as janky as it was. It also appears more balanced since last time I would use Woodlands of Trakay and obliterate my opponents.
Now I actually have to strategize in order to win
For those who didn't have a chance to read any of my initial thoughts on Open Beta, I'll just say it's a 3 lane strategy game where champions and units spawn and battle it out trying to destroy each other's Primordial.
As a player, you can ''only'' build and upgrade units, champions and choose upgrades for them. You can't manually control anything. And tbh I like it that way, and I think that might be the feature that drew me in.
I'm a fan of Majesty and Majesty 2 and I liked the management style of those games. Did my time in MOBAs and always ended up being exhausted after 40+min matches.
The game is not bad too look at (I'll insert a clumsily taken screenshot) and it has some really nice looking art in its Handbook section.
Matches are fast and last up to 10-15min tops, depends if I crush you with my rush tactic with Ibrion or try out different builds against you
Any of you heard of the game or is interested in trying it?
