Yikes....guess I'm just that lucky.
I usually don't like that sort of prioritization and I believe it's completely unfair.

I feel it can be unfair since some people may setup a computer program/bot which always make it easier for them to login first or quicker than other users.

And it's not easy to get the access after someone started hogging down all the available bandwidth.

I feel everyone having an equal amount of bandwidth would be better. Plus, there is a chance that someone won't log off their computer until many hours or days have past, and they hog the bandwidth for a long time.

Yeah and if someone is downloading something it is going to be a mess
I wouldn't want to keep on waiting forever to get some reply from the web server
