That welcome message for guests shows at ever screen during registration. So while I'm registering at the top I still get the big box with "Welcome! Register or sign in..." I think it would be a good idea to remove that from the registration pages

I'll have to get my skin guy on this one since that is apart of the brave skin. But I'll make sure it disappears on the registration pages.
