problem with firefox

I got a little problem with my firefox and I am wondering if anyone here can help me a bit.

Problem: Many (not all) videos tend to freeze up on me for about 30-50 seconds somewhere on the vid, if the video does not correct it self after the freeze I got the video and sound messed up.

Info: I have the latest FF, and the only add ons is google tool bar

I really can't think what can be causing this, and the same vids seem to work fine in IE. I was able to fix this when I reinstalled firefoxs a few months ago and now the problem is back.

Where do you watch your videos?

Try updating your Flash player if you are using Youtube to watch Videos or other flash based video site.

This sometimes happen to me on youtube, but the video stops loading on youtube. I usually just refresh the page and it works, or watch the video later.
