Sounds pretty much like the PS3 start up beep.
Which isn't really surprising.

I had hope for something more pleasing, the PS3 beep is annoying.

The blue light shining from the top of the PS4 is also kind of annoying because the light is bright, and becomes less bright. It would be nice if it doesn't change from a bright blue, and light blue, or just stayed one color.

I agree with DS, the Beep is annoying. The Beep kinds of reminds me of those old computers from the 90s which beep when you turn them on.

I have that problem with my cable box for the blue light, quick fix is to take some black tape.

The bleeps are bloody annoying! Still not as bad as the the PS1 load up sound, but I wish they would just do away with it.

Yes, that one, and NOT when you left the volume turned up from playing a previous game. LOUD and obnoxious!
