PlayStation PS4's Mini Wired Gamepad

Have a kid that you don't want handling the official PlayStation 4 Controller or maybe just have small hands? Sony is coming out with a new $30 controller called Mini Wired Gamepad.

The controller is roughly 40% smaller than the current PS4 controller, comes with a 10ft not removable cable and lacks a full size touch pad, light bar, stereo headset jack, speaker, vibration, and motion sensing.

Would you get this?

So they used 40% less materials, removed every feature except for the buttons, and there isn't even a rechargeable battery in this thing, and they want to charge $30?? No way, this is a rip off.

Tiny controllers used to be cool. We always fought over the Mad Catz controller we had for our GC.

Gamecube is still the best, shame Sony didn't go for something like that.

Not sure there is really a market here for this, also wonder how they balance this as they are extremely different from the other controllers. Are they at an advantage or disadvantage in online games?
