Hopefully, the robbers get arrested, and get the police takes away their guns and weapons before the robber end up hurting or killing someone.

I feel there is a possibility that not all of the people who got robbed of their consoles were scalpers who plan to make a profit selling their console for a more expensive price than retail.

Some sellers may of bought their game console, and became quickly disappointed by the controller, lack of games they want to play weird design, or console's gaming experience like random game crashing or disc drive not working. Unhappy game console owners may rather sell their console as a used console on Craigslist and other selling sites rather than keeping a console they don't want anymore for some reason like random game crashes, or game console hardware problems.

Using a gun to rob someone can become a very dangerous situation since the seller and the seller's and buyer's friends may also be carrying a gun, and they may both end up in a huge gun fight on the street where innocent people may get hurt and killed by bullets shooting out of a gun. Some people also own machine guns and assault rifles which can quickly kill a lot of people in a few seconds.
