Read from gematsu:

Sony Interactive Entertainment will unveil “a first look at the games you’ll be playing after PlayStation 5 launches this holiday” on June 4 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET, the company announced. You will be able to watch “Future of Gaming” presentation, which will run “for a bit more than an hour,” live on YouTube, Twitch, and PlayStation.com.

According to Sony Interactive Entertainment president and CEO Jim Ryan, “the games coming to PS5 represent the best in the industry from innovative studios that span the globe,” and “studios, both larger and smaller, those newer and those more established, all have been hard at work developing games that will showcase the potential of the hardware.”

Ryan added, “This is part of our series of PS5 updates and, rest assured, after next week’s showcase, we will still have much to share with you.”

“Normally you would be in Los Angeles in some auditorium with 2,000 other people,” boss Jim Ryan told the BBC. “You'd be able to cut the adrenaline and the testosterone with a knife. We've got to find a way to do that and give the community little bit of a jolt. When you watch the show next week, I think you'll see that we've been able to do that.”

“That’s the challenge I've set the teams: try to get that community, the 100 million people – and all of the people who don't have a PlayStation we'd like to talk to – just as excited as if they were in the E3 auditorium, or if they were watching the stream.”

Indeed. Either way I am hoping it will live up to the expectations.

Sony Interactive Entertainment has rescheduled its “PlayStation 5: The Future of Gaming” presentation for June 11 at 1:00 p.m. PT / 4:00 p.m. ET. You will be able to watch it live on YouTube, Twitch, and PlayStation.com.

“Now that the event is confirmed for June 11, I wanted to add that this pre-taped program will be broadcast at 1080p and 30 frames per second,” said Sony Interactive Entertainment senior director of content communications Sid Shuman on the PlayStation Blog. “This eased the show’s production process during a time when many of our team and developers are working from home. The games you’ll see on Thursday will look even better when you play them on PS5 with a 4K TV, as you’d expect.”

Well you can always watch the "rerun".

Read this from pushsquare:

According to Esports Charts, the PS5 reveal event broadcast peaked at over 7 million viewers, which is staggering. That number includes all of the official streams, as well as all of the restreams from streamers who watched along with their own audiences. The average viewership across the entire broadcast -- which includes the hour-long wait at the start -- was around 4 million. Crazy numbers.
