QuakeCon 2011, the "ultimate video game festival," will begin on August 4 with a keynote from id Software's co-founder, John Carmack, and last until August 7th. Bethesda's game director, Todd Howard, will present Skyrim to the public for the first time, and QuakeCon attendees will also see the first public demo of Prey 2. If all that watching doesn't get you excited, rest assured you'll actually get to play games too; Rage will be on the showfloor.
