Question about GL app

Is there any app for GL site for better experience and getting notification on new posts etc.....
Is team working on this or any plans to implement it?

There is not, I did look into it at one point but didn't see anything that would help things be better.

However once we go GL 2.0 I hope to have something like this running, but that is a year away plan currently.
